How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order is processed, it takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Unless your item was listed as pre-order or back order. If your order was listed as pre-order or back order then you will receive an email with the date your order will be filled (expect to receive your order 1-3 business days after that date)
You will receive a USPS tracking number by email when your order is fully processed.
Processing can take up to 48 hours depending on how many orders we have received, Please allow for extra business days for your order to be processed during new releases and around postal holidays.
I received my tracking number but why does it say NOT FOUND?
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
First Class Shipping on all cosmetic ONLY orders (usually takes 2-3 business days but not guaranteed). Footwear 12.00 flat rate shipping. Footwear and Cosmetics will have 12.00 flat rate shipping as well.

How do I cancel or modify an order?
Once your payment has been approved, but prior to shipping you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a modification/ change to your order. Cancellations are equivalent to refunds and only a store credit will be issued.
